About
Why Refiremail exists.
Many product teams run two email tools: an API for receipts and one-time codes, and a marketing tool for everything else. The lists drift apart, an unsubscribe waits for the next sync, and finance pays two foreign-currency bills. Refiremail puts both kinds of email on one contact list.
Two tools compared with one list
With two tools
- Two contact lists, kept in step by a sync job or a CSV export.
- An unsubscribe in the marketing tool does not reach the API until the next sync.
- Two bills, often in US dollars, with no GST tax invoice.
- Two dashboards to find out what one customer was sent.
With Refiremail
- One REST API for the email your product sends
- One suppression list across API mail and campaigns
- One consent ledger per contact
- One bill in rupees, with a GST tax invoiceComing
Four principles.
They decide what we build first and what this site is allowed to say.
Say what exists.
Anything that is not live carries a label. Prices are published in full, in rupees and dollars. No logos, testimonials or numbers we cannot back.
Keep your code.
Switching should be a config change. Keep your request shapes, point your integration at our base URL, and your code stays as it is.
Your data, in India.Coming
Mail leaves from Mumbai, and contacts and message content will be stored in India too.

Both kinds of email on one invoice, priced in INR with GST shown. US dollars for customers outside India.
How to read this site.
The first principle, in practice. When a claim is not simply true today, one of these words sits next to it.
- Beta
- Works and you can use it, but it may still change.
- Coming
- Not available yet. There is no date unless we have committed to one.
- Sample data
- A mock-up of the product, filled with made-up people such as [email protected].
- Draft
- Legal text a lawyer has not reviewed yet. It is not in force.
